1. What annyeong is

Annyeong ("we", "us") is a fan-made project in development, currently offering a waitlist at annyeong.io for a future app that helps ARMY find and meet each other. By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your interest and keeps you informed by email. It does not guarantee access to the app, any launch date, launch city, feature, or priority. Waitlist positions and city counters shown on the site are informational and may change.

3. Your responsibilities

Sign up with your own, valid email address. Don't use automated tools, fake identities or multiple entries to manipulate the waitlist or referral counts. We may remove entries that are abusive, automated, fraudulent or otherwise harmful — including referral abuse (e.g. self-referrals or bot signups).

4. Referral links

Your personal referral link is meant for sharing with real people. Referral attribution is determined by our systems and is final. Referral counts carry no monetary value and create no entitlement.

5. Your data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy notice. In short: we store what you give us at signup, use it only to contact you about annyeong, and you can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The annyeong name, design and content of this site belong to the project. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy the site or present it as your own.

7. Fan-made project — no affiliation

Annyeong is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HYBE Corporation, BigHit Music, or BTS. All trademarks, artist names and related rights belong to their respective owners.

8. No warranties & liability

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, delays, changes to or cancellation of the project.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
